Chicken & Dressing Casserole is an easy family favorite dinner that comes together quickly with chicken, cheese, and sweet Jiffy cornbread.
Good evening! We had some leftover chicken, (I always make a ton of chicken to use for easy dinners throughout the week!) and I knew immediately what I was going to make! Chicken & Dressing Casserole is a huge favorite. Leftover chicken or a store bought rotisserie and a box of jiffy cornbread mix turn chicken and dressing into a weeknight casserole!
My husband is head over heals in love with this Chicken & Cornbread Casserole. Honestly, casseroles in general are one of his favorite foods but this one is definitely near the top. It is so easy to throw together. Leftover chicken or a store bought rotisserie, Jiffy cornbread, eggs, onion, butter, chicken broth, cream of mushroom, cheddar cheese and some spices come together to make this weeknight family favorite.
I hope y’all love this Chicken & Dressing Casserole as much as we do!
