Uncle Bee’s Best Burger
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Moore's Original Marinade
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 TBSP Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp yellow prepared mustard (I used French's)
- 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
- 3 lbs of 80/20 Ground Chuck
- Combine everything in a large bowl. Form into patties. I make about 10 patties from this amount of meat. I layer these in a pyrex dish separated by wax paper and cover with plastic wrap for a few hours in the fridge to let it 'marinate'. Then grill as usual. And top how you like 😉
- Mine has bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, mustard & ketchup 😉
