Slow Cooker Mississippi Coke Roast
I can not believe in the nearly 4 years I have been blogging, I have never blogged my favorite roast! To be honest, I think I just never think about it because roasts are SO not photogenic. They just aren’t. But I could not deprive you of this recipe any longer. This crock pot Mississippi Coke Roast is OUR ALL TIME favorite roast. The gravy is absolutely DIVINE over mashed potatoes. The secret is the cola in the recipe. The little bit of sweetness from the soda is the perfect balance for the savory ranch and au jus packets and the Pepperoncini peppers.
I always make French Dip Subs or sliders with the leftovers the next day. Just toast up some split sub rolls or sliders and then melt some provolone cheese on them and add the warmed shredded roast. TO DIE FOR! Seriously!
I can’t wait for y’all to try this one!
