Parmesan-Garlic Drumsticks
I’m usually more of a wing person, but when drumsticks are only 49/lb, they quickly become one of my favorites too. These are not exactly finger foods. Well, they could be, but you wouldn’t want to eat them in public or on a first date. Ha! But, after you have been married as long as Uncle Bee and I have, anything goes 😉 I’m all, ‘Hey pass me a paper towel, I think I need a bib!’ 😉
These are delicious! I could eat that Parmesan Garlic Topping by itself! Which also happens to not be 1st date recommended 😉
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
- For topping:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried)
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425, mix seasonings, line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, spray with non stick cooking spray, place chicken not touching. Sprinkle seasoning on chicken and bake 40 minutes, or until juices run clear. Combine topping ingredients and spoon on top of chicken. Serve and enjoy!
