Mama’s Lasagna
Growing up, my mama’s lasagna was one of our all time favorite meals and the one we always requested for birthday dinners and special occasions (and still is!). The reason I am just now blogging this recipe, is my mama is one of those, ‘little of this, little of that’ cooks and never wrote down her recipe until now. I am SO glad to finally share her lasagna recipe with you all!
This is definitely not an ‘authentic’ lasagna, as there isn’t a ricotta cheese layer. Don’t worry though, it’s FULL OF cheesy goodness! While those authentic lasagna’s are delicious, this recipe is near and dear to my heart! I hope your family loves it as much as ours does! Happy Mother’s Day to my mommy and all the other amazing moms out there! <3
