I am so incredibly grateful that Brandi is letting my post on her blog today. I have become a huge Aunt Bee’s Recipes fan because Brandi has personally taken me in as a friend and blogging buddy. We spend many nights texting or Facebook messaging until the wee hours and I am beyond grateful for her. Trust me, she is just as nice in real life as she seems like through her blog. So, with all that said, I guess I should introduce myself, huh? 😉 I’m Heather and I blog and do social media consulting at My Life Well Loved. Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite treats to enjoy! I am a little bit of a sweets addict…so when I find something that I can tweak to make a little healthier I am ALL about it! This recipe for Skinny Funfetti Dip reminds me of Dunkaroos from when I was a kid. I thought that was the end-all-be-all when I found those in my lunchbox! I hope you whip up this recipe and get to share it with your kids or just hog it all yourself…trust me, it’s worth it!
Ingredients
1 box funfetti cake mix
2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup lite whipped topping
Sprinkles
Directions
In a large bowl, stir cake mix, yogurt, and whipped topping until completely blended and there are no more lumps. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill for about 4 hours. Garnish with sprinkles and serve with graham crackers, fruit, animal crackers, or thin wafer cookies. Thanks to Eat Yourself Skinny for the recipe inspiration! What’s your favorite childhood dessert?
