Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
Good afternoon! I just wanted to pop on here for a second to share this Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Bar Recipe! I pack Uncle Bee’s lunch every day and always include a little something sweet for dessert and since his favorite desserts are peanut butter ANYTHING(!), I tried my hand at making some peanut butter cookie bars and they turned out fantastic!!!! They use a peanut butter cookie mix and just 4 other ingredients so the hardest part of making these was waiting on them to cool! 🙂
Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
1 package peanut butter cookie mix ( I used Betty Crocker but any would work)
2 Egg Whites
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 TBSP water
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
-In a medium sized bowl, combine Cookie mix and egg whites until completely blended. Press into a pam sprayed 13×9 pan. Sprinkle peanuts over the top and press lightly into dough. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
-Combine confectioners sugar, water and vanilla extract. Stir until blended and drizzle glaze over the top of completely cooled bars. Cut into bars and enjoy!
