{Chicken, Bacon & Ranch} Hash-Brown Casserole
As most of you already know, I am a HUGE fan of Plain Chicken’s site! Her’s was one of the first blogs I start reading and still one of my favorites today! Her ‘crack’ recipes (think bacon, cheese & ranch) are some of her most popular and some of my family’s personal favorites as well! Last week, my sister made her Cracked Out Tater Tot Casserole but added chicken and subbed the Tater Tots for hash-browns. Doesn’t that sound delicious? Once she told me about it, I added it to our menu for the week and buddy, did we clean out that pan last night! Uncle Bee had THIRDS! This stuff is DANGEROUS!
