This Crunchy Onion Chicken turned out so yummy, we ended up having it twice in 1 week! We couldn’t believe how moist and flavorful it was. No one would ever guess how easy or how few ingredients it is! We served it with green beans and fried potatoes.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to an even thickness
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place foil into a 13x9 pan. Spray with pam.
Combine soup mix and bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Add mayonnaise to another shallow dish. Place butter into foil lined pan and put in oven to melt. While butter is melting, toss chicken in mayonnaise mixture then press each breast into the onion/breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken into the hot melted buttered pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake for 10 minutes more. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
