White Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
My kiddos are STARVING when school gets out, but I have learned a long time ago, that if I give them too big of a snack in the afternoon, the chances of them eating well at dinner diminishes greatly. So a typical afternoon snack at our house is fruit paired with cheese or carrots dipped in ranch. This fills them up just enough to make it to dinner without spoiling it. Every once in a while, though, I will make them a special after school treat and this fruit dip is a favorite! To make this dip, I took the standard peanut butter, cream cheese and brown sugar dip and halved the amount of brown sugar and replaced it with white chocolate chips!!!! I can not control myself around it! The white chocolate pieces in the fruit dip make it really special. If you like white chocolate and peanut butter, you are going to love this!
