{3 Ingredient} Italian Braised Pork Chops
I was poking around over on food.com the other night and I saw a 3 ingredient recipe for Italian Braised Pork Chops. It looked so simple, I figured there was no way it could be good. I quickly scanned the reviews expecting it to get flamed and couldn’t believe how much people liked it. I had to try it out myself. Well, I am the first to admit when I am wrong, and boy was I wrong. I could not get over the flavor these pork chops had. The trick is the LONG cooking time. The chops get so tender and absorb so much flavor. It is simple though, because you don’t have to babysit them a whole lot. They are pretty hands off the majority of the cooking time. I ended up topping them with a little shredded parmesan and fresh basil to make them pretty for the picture, but that is completely optional. They were delicious without it!!!
