Good afternoon everyone and welcome to this weeks Menu Plan Monday hosted by www.OrgJunkie.com. As I am sure it is most other places in the country, it is FREEZING here in Alabama. We are NOT used to temperatures like this! We are planning some warm, comforting meals this week including a couple of our favorite soups! Oh and before I forget, WAR EAGLE!!!!!!

1. Chicken Penne Carbonara

2. Ultimate Loaded Potato Soup

3. ‘Lotsa’ Meat Pizza with homemade sun-dried tomato pesto marinara (my birthday choice lol)

4. Low Carb Smothered Jalapeno Popper Chicken

5. Three Meat Chili (This is SERIOUSLY AMAZING)

6. Easy Chicken Pot Pie

7. ‘Company Meatloaf’

Veggies for the week include:

1. Italian Style Green Beans

2. Roasted Asparagus with Lemon

I made this using plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo, and used French fried onions instead of the pork rinds. It was delicious!! It's gonna be a regular at our house!!
