Parmesan Ranch Garlic Bread Spread
We have this Parmesan Ranch Garlic Bread at least once a week. You can double it and store some in the fridge for a busy night. This recipe is more of a method than anything else and can be altered easily to suit your family’s taste. For example, we use extra garlic…. ha…. We love this with our favorite Baked Ziti, Easy Italian 3 Meat Penne Pasta, Chicken Parmigiana, and my Mama’s DELICIOUS Lasagna! Try it for your next Italian night! Your family will love you for it!
Parmesan Ranch Garlic Bread Spread
Ingredients
4 TBSP unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced finely (fresh is SO much better than jarred in this recipe)
4 TBSP prepared ranch dressing (homemade is always better, but store bought works too!)
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp parsley
2 TBSP Parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add in finely minced garlic, stirring constantly to keep in from burning. After 1-2 minutes, remove from heat and stir in ranch dressing, italian seasoning, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Allow mixture to cool and thicken slightly. At this point you can store it in the fridge for up to a week or you can spread it on the tops of sliced bread of your choice and bake for 5 – 10 minutes on 350 then turn to broil for 1-2 minutes, watching it until the top is browned slightly on the edges.
