Eat Drink & Be Mine: Our Valentines Day Dinner Menu for 2
Good morning! One perk of being a food blogger, is we often times get to celebrate holidays early and twice. This means that this past week, Uncle Bee and I got to have a wonderful pre-Valentines Day meal in order to share the pictures and recipes with you guys! Hopefully some of you can try them out for your Valentine’s Day. Don’t worry, we will still be celebrating on Valentine’s Day as well. (Right Uncle Bee? hehe.) This is pretty much our standard favorite ‘date night at home’ meal. For dessert, I chose these incredible Individual Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake desserts from An Affair From The Heart. To make the meal stress free, I make the salad dressing, glazed pecans, twice baked potatoes and dessert the day before. So the evening of our dinner all we have to do is toss the salad, warm up potatoes, roast the asparagus and cook the steaks.
