Chicken is one of my favorite proteins, because it is so versatile. For quick weeknight meals in a hurry, I absolutely LOVE to use Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips. I am really picky about meat and it is seriously delicious! I love to use it for quick fajitas, as a salad or sandwich topper or in any of our favorite casseroles that call for cooked chicken.
Tyson® has a wonderful school fundraiser program called Tyson Project A+™. This program is one of the simplest ways to support your school! Just clip and collect Tyson Project A+ labels from Tyson packages. For every label you submit, Tyson® will give 24 cents to your school! Then your school can use that money for whatever it needs!
I find Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips at my local Walmart.
In the poulty freezer section.
The other day, we used some of the Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips to make these Grilled Chicken Club Roll-Ups. Man, oh man were they good!
Grilled Chicken Club Roll-Ups (adapted recipe source)
Ingredients
1/2 bag Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips or leftover chicken
2 cans crescent shaped roll dough
honey mustard dressing
8 colby jack cheese slices
16 slices bacon, cooked (I used the precooked kind)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Make rectangles out of the crescent shaped dough by pressing the edges of 2 triangles together. Place 2 tsp honey mustard on each rectangle. Layer with 1 slice cheese cut to fit, 2 slices cooked bacon, and 2 strips of chicken. Roll up long ways and place on a cookie sheet until you finish all 8 of them. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with extra honey mustard sauce for dipping.
