Smoked Gruyere, Turkey & Bacon Panini
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 12 oz sliced turkey
- 8 sliced bacon, cooked
- smoked gruyere cheese, sliced
- honey mustard ( I am OBSESSED with Hickory Honey Mustard from Hickory Farms #NotAnAd)
- olive oil
Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil. Lay bread oil side down and arrange turkey, cheese, arugula, bacon, honey mustard and the other slice of bread, oil side up. Place sandwiches on a preheated panini maker and cook according to manufacturers directions or in a skillet on the stove with a heavy pan on top to weight it down. Enjoy!
