Easy Slow Cooker French Dips
During our last visit to see family, my mother-in-law sent me home with about 30 new cookbooks and a freezer full of meat… Clearly, she gets me. We had a CRAZY busy day this past Saturday and I had remembered finding this recipe over at The Magical Slow Cooker Facebook Page. (If you haven’t ‘liked’ this page on facebook, you are missing out on some AWESOME slow cooker recipes!) I modified the recipe based on our preferences and what I had on hand, including the lovely Sirloin Tip Roast Nana had sent us home with. I threw it all in the crockpot friday night before bed and shredded it the next morning for easy sandwich making for lunch. IT TURNED OUT SO GOOD!!!!! This is going on our slow cooker recipe rotation for sure!!!!
