Ghirardelli Peanut Butter Brownie Overloads

So, my friend Bebe, has one of the best Foodie Facebook pages! She shares some of the most amazing recipes! I was minding my own business, checking her page like usual and she posted a link to this amazing sounding dessert pizza with brownies for the crust and peanut butter/eagle brand for the sauce. Well, I felt inspired by this combo and since Brownies and Peanut Butter are 2 of Uncle Bee’s favorite things, I decided to make my own version! Boy did they turn out YUMMY!!!!! They are so good and the kind of dessert that satisfies you with just a small piece. I kept them in the freezer last week and put one in my husbands work lunch every day. He loved it 🙂

~Ghirardelli Peanut Butter Brownie Overloads~

Ingredients

1 box Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme Brownie Mix

1 Egg

1/4 cup Water

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 cup Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup Reese Peanut Butter Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Mix Brownie mix, egg, oil and water. Pour into Pam sprayed 8×8 pan. Bake as directed. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Pour eaglebrand and peanut butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat stirring until combined. Spread over the top of cooled brownies. Melt Semi sweet choc chips over a double boiler. Drizzle over peanut butter layer and top with Reese Peanut Butter Chips.
